Good experience, ice cream I grew up with as a kid. I also love the fact their products are Kosher certified.

This place has an awesome feel to it.

Ordered a sundae from GrubHub and the GrubHub driver never came to pick it up and it was after Carvel was going to close. Holly from Carvel called me and had an employee hand deliver my sundae to my address. Cannot thank them enough!

I had a coffee shake which was very good but there is nothing that makes this ice cream store stand out from any other one. Very little seating inside.

I absolutely love their cakes, but as to a recent visit, the 'waitresses' were unfriendly and the sundaes were terrible tasting.

I’ve been going here for at least 40 yrs and I feel horrible writing this review but hoping it will get the owners attention. There were at least 20 flys zooming right above our heads at the counter( which is directly above the ice cream). Pretty disgusting. We brought it to the attention of the girls working there and they said it’s been a problem for a while... and nothing has been done?? We go outside to eat and my boyfriend pulled a long hair out of his soft serve ice cream cone. We will never go back, unfortunately. The management has obviously changed and/or completely not present. Just hope the Dept of Health doesn’t pay a visit.

Absolute worst. All the ice cream bins were melted. I got a milkshake and it literally tasted like sour milk. I actually feel bad for the staff at this place. They clearly knew they were serving a sub-standard product. Don't go here.

By FAR the best ice cream in CNY. This store is clean and friendly staff....I'll be back with friends.

Ice cream cones are creamy and delicious with a wonderful presentation. But five bucks for a large seems a bit steep. Seems like the place is always understaffed as the seating area cleanliness is often neglected.

As much as I love the Carvel brand, $7.40 for a chocolate milkshake is ridiculous.
